If an AI image is genuinely all you have, send it along and I'll tell you honestly whether it's workable as a starting point. One firm rule though: please NEVER put my artwork or tattoo photos through any AI tool ⚠ that is prohibited, entirely and always. 🖤

I've seen people have instant allergic reactions, and I've seen it ruin tattoos — so I only allow it in very rare situations.

Totally depends on the design! Some take an hour, some take a whole afternoon. I'll always give you a rough idea during the enquiry stage so you know what to expect ⏳✨

I normally draw designs the week of the appointment which gives me time to see to everyone in my design docket. Sometimes the design won't be finalised to the morning of with you so we can get placement and size just right.
If it's something super complex, I'll discuss that during your enquiry💛

One quiet pal is usually fine, but just check with me first — the space is cosy and I want everyone to stay comfortable 😊💕 If you have an accessibility need where you have a designated support human by all means. But leave the kids at home unless they're 18+

Big Nope — please reschedule if you're ill, it won't effect your deposit. Your body heals slower when you're run down, and I want you to heal well 🤧💛 Plus I have immune disorders, a cold for you can be a hospital stay for me, please be respectful of this as it is very important.

Nope. Please finish breastfeeding before getting a tattoo - if you become pregnant and find out when we have an active tattoo on the go, and you have a deposit with me I'll hold onto the deposit until you're good to get tattooed.

• Approximately half the tattoo cost (rounded to nearest £10)
• Deducted from the final cost of the appointment
• Strictly non-refundable
• May carry over to a new date with sufficient notice (see reschedule policy)
• Forfeited if you fail to attend, arrive excessively late, or cancel without proper notice
• A new deposit is required if a deposit is forfeited
• Appointments are not held without a deposit

• All no-shows forfeit the deposit, no exceptions

I'm Kayleigh Chaos, a tattoo artist working at Sacred Dagger Tattoo, 29 George Street, Perth, PH1 5LA. I'm the data controller for the information you share with me. This website (kvlt.ink) has no forms, no analytics and no tracking — it collects nothing about you. All bookings and messages happen through the services listed below.

• Full name
• Contact details (email, phone, social handle)
• Date of birth and proof of age (18+)
• Medical, skin and allergy information relevant to tattoo safety
• Reference and placement photos
• Your choices about photography and posting
• Payment details when you pay by PayPal or bank transfer (I never see or store card or full banking details — the provider handles that)

• To carry out your booking and tattoo — because it's necessary for our agreement (contract)
• Medical, skin and allergy info — only with your explicit consent, purely to keep you safe
• Photos and posting your tattoo — only with your consent, which you can withdraw any time
• Age verification and record-keeping — because I'm legally required to (legal obligation)

To talk to you about your appointment, assess whether I can safely tattoo you, design your piece, keep accurate records, take payment, follow up on aftercare and touch-ups, and meet my legal and licensing duties.

To run my booking and take payments I use trusted third-party services, which process your data on my behalf:

• Get Ink — booking system and client records
• Google (Gmail) — emails
• Instagram, Facebook and TikTok — if you message me there
• PayPal and your bank — only if you choose to pay that way

I never sell your data, and I never share it for marketing or with anyone unrelated to your tattoo. These providers may store data on secure servers outside the UK; where they do, they're required to protect it to UK data-protection standards.

Only in Get Ink and in the emails or direct messages you send me. I don't keep separate copies on other devices, and I don't collect anything I don't need.

• Booking and contact info: up to 3 years
• Medical and allergy disclosures: only as long as needed, then deleted
• Tattoo photos: kept indefinitely unless you ask me to remove them
• ID: never stored — checked in person on the day

I usually photograph tattoos for my portfolio unless you ask me not to. You can request no posting, no face, no identifying features, or full privacy at any time. Photos of me or the studio staff aren't permitted.

You can ask me to: see the data I hold, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how it's used, withdraw consent, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Just contact me. If you're ever unhappy with how I've handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

You can withdraw consent for data storage (where legally allowed), photos or social posting any time by contacting me through your booking method.
